Youth
What's On: Youth over Christmas
SUNDAY 5PM
We meet for pizza and Bible study in the upper hall before going to the 6:30pm service together. This is our main weekly youth space for all our youth (school years 7-13).We love gathering together, eating pizza, chatting about the Bible passage and worshipping together at the 630 service.

The upper hall can be accessed through the side door of Church opposite Next.

If you're new and would like to try church, why not reach out to us. We'd love to tell you more about Sunday Youth! Either DM us on Instagram @stnicsyouth or email Hannah at youth.hannah@stnics.
SUNDAY AM Y7 & 8 Drop in
While our main Sunday Youth space happens in the evening, we have a space for Year 7s and 8s during our 11am service. When the children go out for their learning, Y7s and 8s are welcome to come to the cafe space for toast, games and a time of prayer.
FRIDAY DROP IN
The Drop In is an after school pop up space in the church cafe for all our youth to hang out and play games.
The Friday Drop in begins again on Friday 13th September.
Come anytime from 3:30-5:30pm.

Please note: when we have anointed we do not run the Drop In. The Drop In will return on the 17th January.

"We want to see a generation of young people stepping out into the exciting life God has called them to. A life of discipleship, a life of evangelism, a life of service and a life of justice"
Anointed is our monthly youth worship night. As a Church, we believe that something special happens when we gather together in prayer and worship and we think it's important for our young people to have their own space to encounter God in prayer and worship.

We gather in Church from 7:30pm till 9pm for snacks, games, sung worship led by our youth, talk and prayer.

The dates for Anointed next term are:
24th January
21st February
21st March

SERVING SUNDAY
Once a month, on Serving Sunday, the youth serve at our monthly family service The 4. We don't have any Sunday Youth that day. Instead, we gather at 3:30pm in Church for donuts and set up and then we serve on a range of teams at the 4pm service. We are involved in an array of teams: hospiality, activities, tech, actions and food.
Our next Serving Sunday is Sunday 26th Jan.
Mentorship
We're so excited to have a partnership with Durham Sixth Form Centre through the St. Nics Mentorship scheme. If you're a member of our congregation and want to support a sixth form student in their A-Levels, please do be in touch with Hannah.
